What Causes Shooting Pain In Spine And Ribs?

Hi i have been getting sick easy the last couple of months eg infections, tired, ansomnia, sweats, loose stools, anxiety, iritable, pains, dizziness, shortness of breath, headaches and muscle cramps. The last 3-4 weeks i have started to bleed and stop 3 times even though I am on the pill and the last week i have been getting horrible pain in my lower back and stomach. The last 3 days the are causing shotting pains up my spine and in my ribs and causing my stomach to bloat. My pain is getting so bad that they are causing me to tear up and drop in pain. I have a doctor appointment on Tuesday and will be getting urine results but pain killers aren t working so I m seeking advice please
