What Causes Shooting Pain Near Belly Button And Frequent Urination?

I ve been having sharp shooting pains nere my belly button and on my lower right no fever vomiting or anything like that just frequent urination and feeling like my bladder is full when its not and i also get this pain if i cough laugh or sneeze what could this be
