What Causes Shortness Of Breath After A C- Section?

Hi, I had a c-section 3 days ago. Since yesterday I've been experiencing sudden shortness of breath only when I get up after lying down. It feels like I can't draw any air into my lungs for about a second or two. Could this be a sign of clotting? Thanks
