What Causes Shortness Of Breath After Bowel Movement?

I sometimes get shortness of breath after a bowel movement. What is this. It takes a while for my breathing to get back to normal. I also had a mastectomy, trans flap reconstruction and feel as though there is bloating and my organs f3el as though they are being pushed together also bringing on shortness of breathe.
