What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Chronic Dry Cough?

I am a 67 year old female. I have hypothyroidism. I contracted a cold about the 2nd week in December. I have since had shortness of breath, and a chronic dry cough. I wear upper and lower dentures. I have had facial pain on my right side more frequent than usual lately. It has happened before, but sporadically. I have also recently had two episodes of nightly heart palpitations, which last about 45 minutes, and are then followed by frequent urination. After repeat visits to the bathroom for about 90 minutes. I get back to sleep.
My cold is better, but I do have a numb pain on the right side of my face. I also have a droopy eyelid. I do have a Dr. Appointment tomorrow.
