What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Elevated BP Post Vigorous Exercises?

i am 68. after 60 min workout yesterday felt shortness of breath dizzyness tingling on both shoulders for few seconds. has happened b4. my bp js about 140 over 90. lot of pollution here. also 10 years ago test showed aotic vaLVE not fully closing. i do not take any medication. i may also be hypoglacemic mild. can diet fix it?
