What Causes Shortness Of Breath Along With Tightness In Chest?

I am under alot of stress due to my father 83yrs old is in the hospital and they are deciding if he should go to a home or go back to his home, I am dealing with 7 people in this regard, mostly health professions over 2 wk period.
2 days ago I started to have shortness of breath onthe phone for a while, 10 min. Tightness in my chest.
no problem yesterday, but today my partner and I were fighting about Dad and I have been short of breath all day and moderate tighhtness in my chest. I have been taking deep breaths and holding releasing slowly to try t calm down and. To try to increase my oxygen levels. I feel numbness a little around my mouth since we have been talking.
