What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness After Increasing The Dosage Of Crestor?

My new heart doctor increased creator dosage from 10mg of five years to 20 last week. I have been short of breath and lightheaded all day. Doc says increased due my age 62. Old heart doctor retired 6 months ago. She say everything was fine. Is it true age requires dosage increase?
