What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

I get out of breath at times, my oxygen when checked is good. About 97 % I also get really dizzy when laughing really hard or bending over. At my last check up however my pulse was 112 bears per minute. Any ideas what might be going on. I also had a heart echo that turned out fine
