What Causes Shortness Of Breath And Weakness Post Emphysema Surgery?

I had an operation to the right lung 3 months ago. They took sample for analyse, but it woke up ampysema and the Dr had to try to seal the damage lung. It took a second operation and 5 weeks to recover i still am very weak and very short of breath is there anything else that can be done ?
