What Causes Shortness Of Breath, Fatigue And Dizziness?

Blood test shows Pit Morphology and says Large Pits. My white blood count is 2.72 and red count is 3.81 also my Monocytes is 15.1. My blood work has been sent to a Pathologist. I have R/A for about 25 yrs. But I m short of breath, fatigued, dizzy. I ve had every test in the past year and they can t seem to pin point the problem. Is my R/A the problem?
