What Causes Shortness Of Breath When Suffering From Laryngitis?

I have had a problem with laryingitis, shortness of breath, and balance. The laryingitis also has made my speech slower and labored. I have had this problem for about 6 months and have gone to several medical specialist (ENT, Pulmonary, family doctor and scheduled to see a neurologist). All the CT s and X-Ray and other test are coming back fine. What do you suspect is wrong with me?
