What Causes Shortness Of Breath?

I am a 25 year old female, 5'7, 150 pounds. I suffered a spinal cord injury 4 years ago. Last week, I had episodes of aura 4 days in a row, accompanied by an intense headache. I woke up yesterday to tingling in my right foot and a numbness in my right hand. By the end of the night last night, both feet were tingling as well as both legs and hands. I woke up this morning to the tingling sensation as well as a shortness of breath/tightness in the chest.
