What Causes Shortness Of Breath,heartburn And Back Pain?

i think i have a hiatal hernia. i feel like i have a bulge below my ribs that is causing shortness of breath. I have constant heartburn and a burning sensation in the middle of my chest pushing up into my throat. I have back pain. My stomach does not hurt, it just feels like pressure. I look like i am pregnant. If i talk to much or walk too much i run out of breath.
