What Causes Shoulder, Back And Leg Pain With Numbness?

Hi iam 27yrs year old, I have prominent pain on my right shoulders its been going on for 3 weeks. Also in the morning my body is very tired and my back hurts. In the evenings and early morning my legs are a bit numb and achy. I have been to the doctors ans they have indicated I am not pregant. I am very worried about my health.
