What Causes Shoulder Pain And Burning Sensation In Arm And Wrist?

It started out with my hands shaking at times when I would hold things. It has now progressed to both my shoulders with extreme pain down into my arms. When I try to lift anything I get a terrible burning sensation starting at my should down through my forearm to my wrist. I have not injured myself in any way and this has been progressively getting worse over the last 6 months. Along with that I have noticed that every now and then I get these tiny pin point blood spots on my legs that come and go. I am waiting on insurance to start back up, but was hoping someone who tell me what the heck is going on with my body. The pain is getting unbarable.
