What Causes Shrinking Of Penis And Reduced Sex Drive?

Over the last couple of days my penis feels like it has shrunk and my unrine has a different smell. This has also coinsided with a decrease in my sexual 'drive'. I have recently quite smoking but i doubt this is a cause. I am very worried about this. Please could you offer advice.
