What Causes Shrinking Of The Breasts?

I am 20 years old and am noticing a change in my breasts. They are shrinking for some reason and I'm not understanding why. I havent ever had children, so there has been no breast feeding that could be the cause. Is there any explanation for this? It seems to have been rather sudden, the past couple of months. But now I'm really noticing a big difference. Going from a double D to a C cup.
