What Causes Shrunken Clitoris?

My girlfriend is worried her clitorus has shrunk over the last 3 months and she is finding it hard to get sexual aroused and its starting to get her genrally down. Shes noticed also that all her toenails are yellow in colour is it link and what do you think she should do?
