What Causes Sickness After Having Non-penetrative Sex?

I had sex BUT it was just an in and out thing. Pre-cum might have been there but my boyfriend told me he cummed 2 days ago but he washed and urinated so I know there couldn't be nothing there. We had sex 10 days before my period. Then I get my period. Now after 6 days it's gone and I'm sick everyday after that. I'm thinking maybe it's in my head. I tried to not think about it but I still get sick. There was no penetration at all. Just a in and out thing. Do you think I could be pregnant?
