What Causes Sickness And Menstrual Cramping After Implant Removal?

hey.. i had my implant took out around a month ago now and i have been trying for another baby with my partner. i have been feeling really bad cramping pains and they are worse than period pains i havent had any bleeding though. i have also been sick a couple of times but it isnt like morning sickness and also i have been feeling rather sick when eating certain foods.. i dont know if i am pregnant or if i am just generally ill, could you help me ?
