What Causes Sinking Fingernails In The Cuticle?

Hi Doctor! I'm a middle aged man nearing 50 now and noticed that most of my fingernails are sinking or getting a recess divit in the nail towards the cuticle. I just noticed this happening in the last two months. I take two meds, one for anxiety and one for high blood pressure.
