What Causes Sinking Of Nose After Nose Piercing?

I just got my nose pierced, with a clear stud. I don't know what type of material it is, but I'm hoping it's the suitable one that doesn't infect your nose or anything. My piercing was fine yesterday but this morning I woke up and it had actually sunk into my nose lol.. and I can't push it out; so would it be better to visit the piercer, or clean it with salt and the spray used to clean it for a day or 2 and see what happens?
