What Causes Sinus Area Congestion With Neck Pain?

Hi I ve been plagued by an almost constant pain and feeling of a blockage between the facial/ sinus area and base of my skull. I suffer from terrible neck pain for which I see a chiropratcor regularly but this only relieves the pain temporarily. The pain and feeling of congestion is getting worse and it feels as if the right side of my head is glued together. I particularly feel it above my palate and right at the base of my skull on the right side. The right side of my head at the back also gets very painful. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
