What Causes Sinus Infection Post Cataract Surgery?

Can I have gotten a sinus infection from cater act surgery? I have a hole in mouth from dental implant surgery that didn t go well because I don t have enough bone for the screws to adhere! I saw my doc today & he put me on Cipro for 7 days! I see the eye surgeon s associate Monday. I was to see the surgeon this am, but canceled because I thought I had a cold till I started to think it was from cateract s. What should I do?
