What Causes Sinus Pain, Headache, Sour Mouth Taste With Vaginal Odor?

I have been to two ear, nose and throat doctors for sinus pain, head ache, and what I describe as sour milk smell/taste in my mouth and often feel sick to my stomach. One told me it was acid reflux. I had my stomach scoped and that was fine. The next step was a cat scan that showed inflamation, a polup in one sinus, and a cist in the roof of my mouth. They told me to use nasal steriods that I have been using for years for allergies, a sinus rinse. My feeling was the steriod spay made me feel worse so I stopped using it. I continue with the nasal rinsing every day twice a day but still get the bad taste and now I even have the same sour smell vaginaly. Any suggestions on what could be going on?
