What Causes Sinus Tightness, Mouth Dryness And Cracked Lips?

I have not been able to sleep because my sinuses are really tight. My nose is really annoying me because one side is runny and the other is bone dry and it hurts to breath ot of it. my mouth is really dry and my lips are cracked. I also get little ear aches at random times. Also my glads are swollen...I think. whats wrong?
