What Causes Sinus Type Headaches Along With Eye Twitching?

I continue to have minor sinus type headaches along with some left eye twitching for the past few months. I have also had middle back pain with muscle spasms in my legs back and stomach area. MRI only shows small bulge in T10 area yet all doctors say it s not causing my pain. All blood work and ct scans are normal. Just had my gall bladder out as well. Could this all be related or is this more of a nerve or GI problem?
