What Causes Sinusitis Along With Nosebleeds?

1st a little bit of my history: I had had heart stents in Sept and am now on Brilinta and aspirin every day. Just got over bronchitis, but still have this sinus stuff going on. How does one person have so much mucus..Lol? Now I'm having these nosebleeds with lots of stringy blood clots. I've had 2 today. Do I need to be concerned?
