What Causes Sinusitis Symptoms After Taking Generic Celebrex?

I have developed sinis problems and also have viral respritory infection which started just over a week ago. I have been succesfully been taking celebrex for several years with no problem. Just over a week ago, I began taking the generic for celebrex, celecoxib. Is it possible that this new generic is causing my problem?
