What Causes Size Difference In Nipples?

my left breast, nipple and the nipple area are different in size and shape, i'm 20 years old with three young kids, i noticed this around 3 months into my 1st pregnancy and just got worse ever since which is about 4 years now, just wanted to now what the cause could be?
