What Causes Skin Blotches After Intercourse?

i'm an 18 year old male whenever i matrubate or get intimate with a woman i get these massive blotchy areas all over my chest, upper stomach, upper back, and neck. What is it and how can i get rid of it? also it started about 3 or 4 weeks after i came off a course of accutane if that helps at all
