What Causes Skin Coloured Lump On Nose?

Hello, I had a bump on the outside of my nose that I thought to be a pimple but it was skin colored but now it has traveled into the inside of my nose and i can feel it moving around if i push on it. There is no pain but im not sure what it is, if i should see a doctor, or how to treat it. Can you help?
