What Causes Skin Missing In Between Vagina And Stomach?

Hi, i have a chunk of skin missing in between my vagina and my stomach in the shape of a perfect circle and it is really painful also there is like a white kind of puss that comes out and it is constantly bleeding but only slighty. do you know what it could be?
