What Causes Skin Peeling And Itchiness Despite Using Cortisone?

The skin on my hand keeps cracking and peeling to the point that there are areas that are open sores. I ve been using Aquaphor several times a day, but it only softens it temporarily. My hands burn and itch constantly. Is there anything I can be using that would work better. I even tried Cortisone 10, but that just burns worse. Thank you.I m sorry, but the system requires a monthly subscription. I m not prepared to do that at this time. Thank you anyway.
