What Causes Skin Peeling On Foot?

hey doc. my boot feet are peelin skin and i don't know what to do and what is the problem, it's not ictchy and no red spots just plane peeling. what's happening? my parents said that my feet just might be changing and growing but i'm having doubts please answer
