What Causes Skin Rash And Abdominal Bloating Post Treatment For Food Poisoning?

I had food poisoning in Dec. I went to the emergency room of a big city hospital and was diagnosed with food poisoning from under cooked meat. I was dehydrated and received potassium in an IV . Test showed pottasium was a 2.o and I received 2 small iv packets of potassium in a an iv. I received a Rx for an anti-diahrrea med and an anti nausease rx. After I was feeling stronger and better, I started getting a skin rash and my stomach seemed very bloated. Should I see my PCP about these symptoms? I am a 68 yr. old female with osteoarthritis. Thanks!
