What Causes Skin Rash Around Chin, Eyes And Nose With Ear Pain?

For 6 Months I have had a very low infection high in my nostrils, then 2 months at the corners of my mouth a rash broke out that looks like a sore weepy dermatitis, this continued around my chin and then broke out around my nose travelling up my nostrils leaving crusty covers. Next place this rash broke out around my eyes, now I feel pain in my ears that are sensitive to loud noises. Now at the left side of my head on the occipital bone this swelling has occurred that is tender to the touch with a smaller lump appearing above the lower one. The larger one is sore even when it is not being touched. Could all of this be linked? I don t have a temperature but feel miserable
