What Causes Skin Rashes That Appears Suddenly And Starts Spreading?

hello,m suffering from skin rashes.they appear suddenly turns red and feels like heat is evolving fron there its itchy also but after half an hour it will coll down and body becomes normal

it starts from some place and gradually spread on the whole body.
