What Causes Skin Rashes While Rubbing Hand And Bumps?

hi doctor i am faiz from nairobi, kenya, for the past three years having a skin rashes problem, it only comes when if lean my hand some where or i carry bay the part where the carrying the baby, or if i rub my skin that part becomes red, get bumps another thing, if i take soda or some food same thing happens either of my one hand or my some part of chest get red, kindly advice
