What Causes Skin Soreness At Various Locations Of The Body?

Hi, I have some sort of transferred pain that manifests as skin soreness that moves around my body. It seems to have no root cause and feels like a sunburn but is localized to certain areas. For example, it had moved from my buttocks to my front groin area, then to a ring around my waist (like a belt) and finally to my shins and my lower front torso in the last 4 days. I also have constipation and a sore rectum which is not normal for me. Are these related!
