What Causes Skin Tag Like Bump On Vagina After Having Intercourse?

I m 18, I weigh 90 lbs and i m about 5 0. I have been having consistent intercourse with the same guy or 7 months, he s my boyfriend. I noticed a skin tag like bump on the other part of my vagina, near the opening . I told my mom but she put off me going to the doctor. I now have multiple bumps and i m very scared. My boyfriend says he has nothing. Is it a skin tag or genital warts?
