What Causes Sleeping And Swallowing Difficulty After Smoking Marijuana While Having Tonsillitis?

hi, i got tonsillitus 6 days ago, yesterday i was finally getting better and i was eating a bit and swallowing didn't hurt as much. Yesterday i smoked marijuana out of a bong, i only took one hit. Last night i had trouble sleeping and swallowing, this morning im having problems swallowing too and i can't eat. how bad is this? when should i be back to normal?
