What Causes Slight Blood Discharge During Bowel Movement And Fishy Odor?

Last week I had a bowel movement and noticed blood when I wip. Red not dark. It happened twice. Now I notice a fishy odor that I thought was from my vagina but it's actually my rectum? What can I do to get rid of this odor. I am an extremely clean person.
