What Causes Slight Bloody Discharge After Sex?

Hi, i'm 24, and recently startedgetting a slight bloody discharge after sex but only after certain positions. I had a normal smear test last month and clear tests for chlamydia and vaginal infections. I have been told that I have cervical erosion. Could this be the cause? Please help as I'm a worrier!
