What Causes Slight Bloody Discharge After Urination?

The last 3 days after I pee, when I wipe there is a bloody (mostly pink) discharge. No pain. What is this? I have PCOS and I also breastfeed my daughter so I have only had 1 period in over 18 months that was caused by taking Plavera. So bleeding is not normal for me.
