What Causes Slight Depression In Right Rib Cage Of A Child?

Hi, My 13 year old son showed me that his lower left rib cage is slightly depressed than his lower right rib cage. There is no pain or discomfort associated with the same. He also often complains of weakness & blackout in front of eyes. He eats ok but looks weak and malnutritioned Please advise
