What Causes Slight Headache Along With Pain Along The Jaw?

I tripped on the sidewalk and hit the side of my face. I have some pain in the area where I hit the concrete and some lacerations on my chin. My concern is that I have a very slight headache on the other side of my head from where I hit and my jaw on that side hurts some. I seem fine in every other way and went on working (teaching PE where I was being active). I am alert and feel okay except for soreness. Anything I should be looking for or concerned about?
