What Causes Slight Inflammation, Itching And Stiffness In Toes?

I m having a weird thing with my toes where some are slightly inflamed and the big toes can t even bend/scrunch all the way down. The others, especially the two middle ones itch quite a bit rather badly but the skin on them is real sensitive so it hurts/burns at the same time as the itching. The tops of the knuckles on the big toes also share these symptoms.
