What Causes Slight Nose Bleed And Head Pain After Having A Head Injury?

I got kneed in the nose wrestling around with my brother. And no blood was pouring out but I later blew my nose and had some blood that came out. When I got hit in the head I had to sit down cause I got dizzy and I had a huge rush through my head. It s been about a week and my head still hurts. It feel like my head wants to burst.
